How does the payment structure work?

All-Inclusive passes are sold individually, but you must purchase at least 2 passes to reserve a space. During checkout, if you select a cabin type with a maximum capacity higher than two, you will be prompted to select your roommates. Please ensure you’ve selected the correct quantity in your cart. Passes include:

• Luxury glamping accommodations

• Fully catered meals

• Full access to lodging, firepit, sauna, river walk & clubhouse

• Speaker sessions, activities, evening “happiest hour,” and partner gifts

How does the day pass work?

Day passes are priced per person and must be purchased for at least 2 people (you and your daughter). Includes:

• All speaker sessions, activities, and full property access

• meal passes are available as add-ons to the day-pass

What is your refund policy?

• By Jan 30, 2026 (12 weeks before, before 12 pm EST): Full refund minus 20% booking fee

• By Feb 27, 2026 (8 weeks before, before 12 pm EST): 50% refund

• After Feb 27, 2026 (less than 8 weeks): Non-refundable

My Daughter is Under 10 years old, can you make an exception?

We’re so glad you’re interested! For safety and programming reasons, your daughter must be at least 10 years old by the retreat date. We hope to welcome you next year!
